Friendly and helpful staff — they waited for us at the pier with a warm greeting and help us with our luggage during check-in. The location is great, with a beautiful private beach. We arrived around 11 a.m., and the room was not ready yet, but they process the early check-in for us and invited us to relax by the pool until the room was ready.

My stay was great here and I wanted to write a review because Phally really went out of the way to help take me to a secluded spot at night in order for me to swim with the glowing plankton, providing me with a snorkeling mask as well and waited until I was done to walk me back. The dome I stayed in was very clean and cute and breakfast was delicious as well. The shuttle to and from the ferry was also quick and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone who comes to Koh Rong Samloem.
